We wrote this policy to be readable by actual humans — not just lawyers. If something is unclear, email us at support@yuhmly.com and we'll explain it plainly.
When you use Yuhmly — whether as a buyer, seller, or just browsing — we may collect the following:
We use the data we collect to:
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties — ever.
Yuhmly relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:
Stripe — handles all payment processing and seller payouts. When you enter payment details, you're interacting directly with Stripe. Their Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment data.
NextAuth.js — manages authentication (signing in with email/password or Google). Authentication sessions are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
We use minimal, session-only cookies — nothing invasive. Cookies are used to keep you signed in during your visit. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Closing your browser ends the session cookie. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying signed in.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or financial compliance reasons (such as Stripe payout records).
To request deletion of your data, email us at support@yuhmly.com from the address associated with your account. We'll confirm and process your request within 7 business days.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop. We make money from subscriptions — not from your data.
You have the right to:
Reach out to support@yuhmly.com to exercise any of these rights.
If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we'll notify you by email or by showing a notice when you next log in. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
